Review Findings
Present findings for review and discussion and agree the way forward.
Activity Timeline
Formalise an agreed timeline for the implementation of the identified opportunities.
Allocate Tasks
Agree and compile action plans with key stakeholders to implement the improvements.
Review & Progress
Implement a continuous review mechanism to ensure results are as expected and any required adjustments are actioned.

With extensive Australian and International experience in procurement, logistics and inventory management Geoff has an impressive list of Business improvement ventures to date.
Melissa Pember
Director
A creative, energetic and passionate team member with in-depth experience and understanding of Human Resource and Communication practices.
Armed with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Public Relations, together with industry experience, Melissa is a customer focused individual with an ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external stakeholders assisting you to align your team in the pursuit of business objectives.
